The Trekkers Holiday Inn - Hotel SAMSARA Pvt. Ltd. is located not far from the Boudhanath Stupa in a peaceful and quiet Buddhist part of Kathmandu. The famous Pashupatinath Temple can be reached within 30 minutes by walking. The short taxi ride (around 15 minutes) to the national and international airport is appreciated by our guests.

Our hotel is a perfect place for all guests who want to live in a peaceful atmosphere a bit out of the noise and pollution of the city. We offer a homely and cosy atmosphere and therefore it is the right place for you, whether you want to stay only for a couple of days or for weeks and months. From our rooftop terrace you have astonishing views on the snow-covered peaks of the Himalayas such as Ganesh Himal, Himalchuli, Langtang and on villages in the neighborhood. It is the ideal place to relax and to just enjoy reading a book, playing cards, writing postcards or just enjoying the day.

Our popular breakfast buffet (not in the room price included) consists of daily fresh baked rolls, croissants and "Swiss Zöpfli", fresh fruits, yogurt, various kinds of müsli, butter and cheese, marmalade, jams and honey as well as eggs in all styles. Fresh brewed coffee, espresso and various local teas are waiting for your choice.

For your small or big appetite we are offering a creative selection of freshly cooked dishes for lunch and dinner. You have the choice between tasty Nepali and Asian such as Dal Bhat, Momos, various Curries, Chowmein and Fried Rice. Furthermore you can choose between delicious Swiss Specialties like "Zürcher Geschnetzeltes", "Rösti" and "Käseschnitte" (Swiss Cheese Slides) as well as highlights of the Italian kitchen like various Pizzas & Pastas.

Our large choice of fresh salads are a favorite among our guests. We take special care about the hygienic condition in our kitchen. All the fresh salad, vegetable and fruits are washed in filtered water.

At all time you will get filtered drinking water free of charge. For those who do not appreciate drinking only water we certainly offer all kinds of softdrinks, juices, various teas, local and international beer, red and white wine and some stronger stuff as well.
